Please understand that what you accept and own about yourself forms the identity you assume.
So far, I can follow.
Your higher self is the true you, embodying your Highest Ascended Expression. By acknowledging you are your highest self, you begin intimately connecting to the divine source of the universe.
This is misty to me already.
Masters understand that just as a human child is a human, so a child of god is a god. This is your new identity, now, as you raise your consciousness and remember who you are. Welcome your newly realized divinity. Your opening heart is ready to receive this.
I have no idea how to do that.

What I think of myself mostly sucks, so I can't see much good in that.
How you express to those around you is revealed below in the description of your potential natural talents and abilities. Your friends may be able to see this in you before you do because this is your innate expression and is how those around you see you.
Since I dropped out of work, I see very few people.
Internet is my major source of interaction with other humans.
And there too, people disappear: my once best friend Claude Rifat (there's even a Wikipedia page about him)
lived in Tokyo, and died in 2001; another friend, who lives or lived in Nebraska, suddenly fell off the radar -no
trace to any of his friends. Currently, I communicate with five people, two in Canada (one of which will probably
die before he gets back online after major health problems), two in Switzerland, and you. And you are currently
the person I communicate most with.
Real life friends? Too busy with their work, relationship (or trying to establish one) to see each other more frequent
than once every two months or so. Gary, in Canada, is my best friend when it comes to discussions on more down-to
earth things, and these are things I can hardly discuss with others, as not many people are interested in things like
climatology or nuclear physics.
As you acknowledge the attributes of your highest potentials, this expression becomes more pronounced, especially as you begin to gracefully accept your Divine heritage...

In a way yes. Another sort of homesickness is that I can't do what I used to be able to do.

I'm certainly not exceptionally art-minded.
With (certain) music, I tend to have more of a connection, but in a passive way.
I have had about eight years of organ lessons -by that time I was allowed to practice
on the church organ where we went to church, BUT my mother insisted too much that
I practiced on regular times -which is simply not the way how I learn; with me, it comes
in strokes. Much of the more difficult parts of physics have I learned via other ways than
the school books- and this "soured the milk" for me, and I quit. How I wish this had gone
another way, as I really would like to be able to express myself on (mainly) a church organ
(second choice: piano).
You could develop your psychic sensitivity in order to help guide and teach others, or simply live your life in a way that expresses and honors your larger vision and your compassion.
No idea how or what to comment on this...

Ah, here I have to agree. Math was something I could always fully master on highschool,
upto integrals, and I made it a sport to do the written rehearsals as fast as I could, faultless,
if f.i. I wanted to go to a movie which started at 14:00, while the rehearsal started at 13:20,
and which was allowed to take until 14:10. But at 14:00 exactly, I was in the cinema, after
having completed the test without error. Unfortunately, most of the math I learned seems
to have evaporated -I never usd it for anything...-. English, French and physics DID stick.
You put your creative imagination to excellent use through your musical, artistic and theatrical abilities.
Theatrical abilities haha indeed. But I'm not sure I want to write to what end I used that.
Suffice to say that I used it well to provide authorities with a different idea than reality;
needless to say: to my own advantage of course. Once in a _really_ tricky situation.

Not acutely, but I do have the patience to let people say what they have to say, and in my experience
there have been serious events where I was able to empathize.

Problem is I sometimes accept the wrong people unconditionally.
Which brought me a lot of suffering, and which took me years to see.

The most creatively stimulating and soothing environment for you is near water, preferably the ocean.
No, in the forest, say the Belgian Ardennes, near La Roche (Achouffe, to be more precise -it can
be found on Google Earth, it's a tiny community -probably around 100 inhabitants). Wendy likes the sea.
I tend to find shores rather boring, whereas the forest near Achouffe (The "Vallée des fées" indeed gives
the impression that a "fée" can suddenly appear in the woods. I find it having so much more atpmosphere.)
Your adaptability allows you to outlast those who may be much stronger.
I used to be quite adaptibile. It has, alas, diminished over time.
You take what others discard and fix, save, or redeem it in some way. This could take many forms, from repairing and recycling old "junk", to working with people who are disadvantaged, such as, the misfits, outcasts, sick, weak, poor, or handicapped in our society.
Repairing junk is something I can sometimes like, yes.
Wendy is the one who works with the handicapped.
I don't have the patience for that, I guess.

These are your Highest Potentials. There are many diverse ways of expression and you may choose another way to express elevated consciousness in the world.
However, manifesting these potentials in your life will require less effort, since they are already part of your makeup.
