Failure! You feel great about gaining a new spiritual tool and learning something useful. But you never find the time to implement it. Somewhere between your day job and your family life, you realize that you can't afford to put in the long hours of dedication required by most of these techniques. And you give up. And yet sustains their consciousness levels all day. These higher concepts are rarely talked about. They seem to be guarded like a precious treasure.

Those you admire in the spiritual community, do not depend on how many hours of dedication they put in. They know that it's not about hard work, but all about smart thinking.

And now, you can do it too....

You start by thinking of and writing down all of the things that bring up good feelings within you. Think about what you are thankful for in your life. Sometimes we have a hard time here so start with 3 or 4 good feelings and tomorrow see if you can add 1 or 2 more to your list.
